I just ordered two of these chairs a couple of weeks ago so only sat in them when they were first delivered. They are very sturdy and appear to be well made. I think most adults will really like them. My only complaint is that I am only 5 feet tall and they are a little big for me. My feet don't sit flat on the ground and there is plenty of room on each side. They don't "hug" me like my older chair did. They would be great for a person who is a little taller and not as petite. This is the BEST chair! I am tall and wanted a full, higher back and this is perfect. The seat also locks in place so it's firm and doesn't feel like you're sitting at the bottom of a paper sack. The only con is that I can't find a comfortable way to carry it by the strap without putting it in the bag every time. There is a strap on the chair itself but it will not stay folded and you have to basically hold it in a way where the chair doesn't unfold while you're walking. This is a fantastic purchase. Do not hesitate. Of the premium chairs, these are some of the lightest. Love that it is Bagless. Constant use 9 months a year, had them going on three years. Wash with some dish detergent and a hose...they look like new. We have a friend who is a BIG guy who recommended them and he was right. The best feature is the extreme support. These are my favorite chairs for all outdoor portable chair needs! We use them 3 days a week in 3 seasons for kids sports. We’ve had our original 2 for probably 8 years now. They hold up well and are easy to set up and fold back up. But my absolute favorite thing about these chairs is comfort! I can’t stand collapsible camp chairs where you can feel metal bars under your thighs and feel like you’re being swallowed up by the chair. I loathe them. These have a great design with a locking mechanism and a sturdy flat-like seat. The height of the chair is great, you’re not sitting too low like some camp chairs. Although I have only used these twice, they seem sturdy. The seat is higher than most folding chairs and the folded length is significantly longer (at least 6 inches). They do fit across the trunk of my Toyota Sienna; but, I wonder if they would fit in smaller trunks. The nice thing is that the seats are flat and you don't sink into the seat like other models. I was surprised at the height. I am 5' tall and I can't plant my feet on the ground. The promo videos show slinging the chair over your shoulder and carrying it that way. I find this to be very uncomfortable without the carry bag that comes with it. Although it's easy to fold if you press the release, it doesn't fold tightly together and can open and close awkwardly if not in it's bag. We receive complements on our chair all of the time. We plan to slowly replace our convenient store brand chairs we've had for years with this luxury chair. I love the variety of color options they have. The chair is light to carry & comfortable to sit in. The only thing I would change, would be when you fold it up to carry... the 4 legs are not the same length so it can not stand on its own while in the collapsed position. This obviously is not the end of the world because we will be buying more of this item. This is just a minor inconvenience. My previous sport chair was always difficult to fold and put back in the carry bag. This chair folds and unfolds easily at the click of a button. It folds completely so that it slides into the carry bag without catching.
