Not sure whats is going on with new vs used but I ordered a new item but instead was shipped a used item. Just a box, no packaging or outside plastic which probably should have been a sign I would be receiving a returned or used product. Very unfortunate.

Sturdy, easy to fill, and makes a ton of bubbles fast! Kids love it. Just be aware it’ll suck right through bubble solution on its highest setting. Not a bad thing in my opinion. A testament to its bubble making power!

My son bought this bubble machine with his own money and right out of the box he is beyond happy with his purchase. As a mom I have bought so many bubble machines over the years and based on our first time using this one I gotta say it is awesome. So easy to fill and drain plus it's usb charged which means no more annoying battery change outs. And the bubble output is amazing! As long as it continues to work just like it did fresh out of the box then we will be recommending and gifting this bubble machine from now on.

Ordered as a replacement for one that I got earlier. That battery isn't holding a charge and runs out . Will run 6 to 8 hrs usually. Have to keep refilling the bubbles. But that means I better get more bubble juice 😄
