These are great lightweight gloves and are water resistant. We got them for track but they are so comfortable, the kids wear them daily.

These are warm in the 40-20 range, any lower and probably need a better glove if you plan on being out in the cold for a long time. They work for the most part but not the greatest for extreme cold. If you need gloves for 20 or lower, i would find something else.

The gloves are not what you really need in a deep freeze, and we were hoping they would suffice for the indoor skating rink, but they were not sufficient to keep his hands warm with the number of falls to the ice he takes learning to skate. But, they are good for biking and non-ice/snow contact use, so we were still glad we bought them. They are perfect for quick trips in the car and scooter/bike runs in the more milder temps.
