The media could not be loaded. I got this for MySuns bday and it’s trash. I returned the first one I received on November 30 the same day it arrived because it was used and the screen doesn’t work. The second one came December 1st and it’s the same with the tablet and they added animal card or whatever it is with it. It's still trash and doesn’t work as you seen in the video. I’ll definitely need my money back because this is trash. SMH. I would give it a ZERO ... show more

Wether you’re using an application that needs wifi connection or not the tablet seems to lag a little behind, was hoping that it would get better over time but it hasn’t. But anyhow for a first tablet this is definitely a good affordable option, especially with not knowing how many times it may be dropped, the games provided on it are kid friendly and fun, also the on tablet subscription options are very generously priced in my personal opinion. ... show more

A good cheap tablet for a clumsy toddler. Nothing amazing but does the job. I don't like that it doesn't have external volume buttons like it says in the description, so now I have to take it from her, login to the adult side and change the volume under settings before reloading the kids app and opening her media up again, which if you're a parent you can imagine the reaction to me taking it away.... ... show more
