when I received my daughters package . I opened tablet box up and powered it on. it was then i seen a line going across tablet screen, and screen froze . so i contact support and returned.

I got this as a gift for my daughters first birthday. She hates being in the car, screams the entire time, so we got her this tablet for car rides or when it’s settle down time (mostly for Ms. Rachel) I love that you can allow them access to only the apps you want them to have. Sometimes it does get a little glitchy and closes out the kids mode and goes back into regular android tablet mode. But I just reboot it and it works fine. great tablet for a 4 year old. Works and the carrier is functional. Get the insurance, the case is stretchy and durable but does not protect it from dropping. I am out for a cracked screen and I DID NOT BUY the insurance. Better luck next time

Not sure how to turn on “kids” mode instead of adult? The display looks nothing like the product images, display/program is just a regular android tablet and that’s not what I was looking for. I have pretty much all apps restricted and downloaded the “family link” app to my phone but not sure how to put it into kids mode where only a couple apps are shown like in images and on the box. ... show more
