This camera is a TOY first and foremost ... and as a toy - it's a lot of fun! I bought this for my 3 year old grand daughter and it was her favorite gift under the Christmas tree. That's saying something because there were way too many gifts under that tree!!! I don't know that I expect it to last that long - but a 3 year old's attention span is a fickle thing . Cute fun waay for my 7year old to use but she and i were very disappointed that its not in color- the add shows black and white printing and a color on the monitor which i shoyld hqve noticed but didnt - she still prefers my poloroid -which deafeated the pourpose if getter her her own. I purchased this and just like a lot of other reviews claimed the camera just randomly stopped working. It was supervised and taken care of there was no mistreatment or abuse to this camera. I tried the instructions and what it said to do. Nothing worked and that was it. My daughter was pretty crushed because she absolutely LOVED taking and printing her own pictures. I felt bad giving no stars or anything because it did work! And while it did work it was outstanding! It was so much fun, creative, artsy! It was awesome!! The girls loved it!!
