I was presently surprised at this little gaming console. The games are all age-appropriate (4+) fun, and educational! There's no blood or other foul language you may get on those dime a dozen handheld games. There's matching, racing, bowling, tennis, fishing, and lots of other cute, engaging mini games. The graphics are post-Nintendo/Sega era, but definitely not high definition like modern phones and gaming consoles either. They're somewhere in the middle. The controls are responsive and you can teach yourself the games without instructions through trial and error. Little ones may need some assistance at first though. The packaging is lightweight and I agree with another reviewer who said it was "sturdy." Great buy for a quick gift! It will definitely keep them entertained with the amount of games included.

I was surprised by how sturdy and well put together this little video game player is. I was happy to see that these are original games, as far as I can tell. I was most interested in the educational games. The educational games are geared towards kids around 4 to 5 years old. Or, they could be used by older children as well who are learning English as a second language. Overall, it works well and has lots of games in different well organized categories.

First, the size is perfect. You can slip this little thing anywhere for fun on the go. This would be pleasing to anybody. It definitely has a retro-feel with it's pixelated screen, button controls, and oldish game knock-offs (Mario kart, donkey Kong, q-bert, trigger, breakout, mindsweep, street fighter, etc.). If you're not a fan of retro style gaming, you probably won't like this, but it sure beats all the other mini hand-held multi game electronics! No ads or subscriptions on the games, unlike classic app games. Oh, and there is volume control and earbud option! A plus for parents!

Pleasantly surprised by this. All the games are unique to this device, not just a bunch of old Nintendo games. They're mostly basic mini-games like fencing, hockey, puzzle games, etc. Very cute graphics and a lot of fun. Graphics quality is similar to Nintendo DS.

I got this for my young son and really was more interested in the educational games. The handheld is very solid and well made and feels like it would last even with a careless kid occasionally dropping it. The educational games appear to be more oriented towards younger ages and my young son has really enjoyed it so far.
