SUPER COOL COSTUME! We have gotten tons of compliments and the kid is OBSESSED! The mask is a soft but sturdy foam material and does not block or smush nasal or sight. It’s a little loose but fits perfectly. The material is kinda thin but comfortable by itself in moderate temps. The shiny is slick and the green is soft. Wings and tail and Velcro and it’s easy to put on but may require assistance zipping. Downside: I recommend using a safety-pin to secure the wings a little better as the top likes to fall down a little. ... show more

I too am very happy with the quality of this costume, and my son has already spent lots of time in it. I wanted to share some sizing info, since it seemed a bit scarce on the size small. My son is 5 1/2, right about a size 6 coming into winter. The size 5-7 is PERFECT at the ankles and wrists and crotch, so good thing he isn't taller! The costume is rather slim cut, so if your kid is at all husky it might be too tight. The gloves are my only real complaint, though they still look cool. The fingers are very skinny, and very long. Which looks cool, but if your kid has thick fingers they may not fit. He needs help pulling them on. I'm happy with the strong velcro for the wings and tail, it's been adequate for around the house. Maybe we'll safety pin it on for trick or treating, but it'll be nice to easily take them off to get in the car. He's almost 46" tall, and 37" at his shoulder, see pic. Tried to show the gloves too, his fingers are curled to show the extra fabric. One last hint- I had a wide fabric tube-like headband, it works perfectly to cover his head to cover up his blond head behind the dragon mask. ... show more

We ordered a few dragon costumes and this was the best one! The mask is very realistic and the suit is soft with scales. We bought a 10-12 for our 9 year old because he’s on the tall side. Runs true to size. Is made of a nice durable fabric. The face mask is made of a soft foam that my child didn’t mind wearing, it formed to his head well and didn’t hurt.

Awesome dragon costume. The gloves were too small for my kiddo but the rest of the costume fit perfect and was exactly what he wanted. It’s a thinner material which is great for a climate and not too hot. Face mask seems more durable than many we’ve had before.
