My 5yo son with autism loves them! They seem well made and comfortable for him, plus they're so easy for him to put on, socks optional, which is perfect for his sensory needs. The design is good, the lights work well and can be turned off, though it's hard to push the button for that, so that's the only downfall I know of. Bonus: it came with all the cute charms, so it was a great deal for a fun shoe at a fraction of the cost of name brand.

They WERE the absolute best UNTIL about a month after wearing (and not daily wear). The strap broke on the outside while my little one was walking in the parking lot (thank God it was a Walmart parking lot)- we were able to quickly buy him some inexpensive temp crocs there to wear so he has something safe on his feet. He’s 6yrs old so he was extremely sad and full tears when it happened. I’m just thankful it wasn’t at school where he would have felt embarrassed & or happen in an airport or visiting friends at an island (somewhere he absolutely would have been left w/ nothing on his feet). The first week- I would have said -absolutely the best gift and such fun crocs. But fast forward only ONE MONTH later -as tempting as you may be to buy these for your kid- honestly, don’t waste your money unless you don’t care about throwing it $$ & the crocs in the trash shortly after. Also they run very small- the first ones I ordered I had to send bk, deal with the return and when I went to reorder a bigger size- the price had nearly double and I was dumb to pay it!

My granddaughter is 10 and has down syndrome - her knees are bad and tho she walks fine she doesn't walk long distances- she loves her light up shoes- easy to grab and get on and off- these are illegal for school wear but for everything else these are great and fit the bill

My daughter loved her shoes and the little extras you can choose to pop on. However, she can no longer wear her shoes without me being scared she’s going to trip and fall on the strap as the button that secures it together fell off somewhere between here and there. Now the strap runs along side the shoe and easily tucks under making it easier to trip on. Would be nice if some of those pieces were sent along as well so my kid could continue wearing her shoes!!
