I purchased this and upon receiving and attempting to assemble, the screws that go into the bolts would get stuck and completely damaged the wood because they wouldn’t come out afterwards. The item had to be destroyed just to be able to put it back in the box for the return. Aside from that, the product would have been perfect if the materials and assembly would have worked. I’m going to attempt the purchase again because I really wanted this to work.. So my update will depend on whether the item does better the next time. UPDATE: It seems the first product must have just malfunctioned. The second one ordered was amazing and had absolutely no issues.
