I run a daycare so these get a lot of use, however I haven't had for that long and one of the wires has already poked out of the lining. I was able to get the wire back under the lining for now but not sure how long that will last.

Great toy for toddlers, I have been ordering play tunnels for our family toddlers for years! Always a winner, kids love crawling through them... I am VERY FRUSTRATED as I have been trying to contact someone to complete my order which was for a 2pk., only 1 recv'd. I paid for 2! Attempted to contact Amazon online, but unable to send my complaint....unable to obtain a phone number to reach a customer service rep!!!
