This product definitely needs better instructions when it comes to put it together however on the plus side for this product once you do get it assembled it is very sturdy and the children love playing on it I like that you can fit three kiddos on it easily and they have a blast playing on it it fits inside the house or outside it’s not that big and also for the price of this product it was definitely worth it versus other ones that I saw on Amazon. ... show more

    • Disappointed with the professionalism of the company.
I have always loved the offerings from this company and have wanted to buy their merchandise for years. I am not disappointed in the final outcome, but getting there was a miserable experience. My daughter-in-law was tasked with putting this teeter-totter together. She gave up. The one-page instructions were simply a diagram with no written instructions. And the diagram was wrong! I called the company and was told there was a video I could watch. I had not noticed that it was also posted on Amazon. I could immediately see what was wrong. The diagram showed parts attached outside of the rocker arms that were supposed to be screwed in on the inside. But even after I fixed that problem, two of the points where pieces were to be bolted together were so far apart, it seemed impossible to join them. But we did. I put a block on the floor under the screw head and a teenager stood on the bar to bring the two pieces close enough together that I could barely screw on the nut. Once on, I could tighten it. In the end, it worked. It is assembled, as shown in the picture on the company website and on Amazon, but I was left with 4 extra bars. These bars are shown on the diagram. Yes, they would fit where the diagram shows them, but the screws are too long. Since the original model doesn't have these extra bars, we're confident it will be okay. Why is it so hard to create instructions that make sense, a product that is not warped, and a product that matches the advertised picture? ... show more

Christmas gift for my grandchildren, I don’t think it will hold up to 140lbs. Not easy to assemble I bought two and my son had a hard time putting it together too. You can’t fit your finger to hold the nut. The space is to small.

Once when finally assembled, it's a nice product. The grandkids are enjoying it. However, no extra nuts and bolts, etc. You have to assemble it with 40 hex screws using a little hex L shaped tool (supplied).... ouch! There is barely room for fingers to screw in the 5 seat panels. The WORST was at the very end... out of the 40 caps for the screws, 1 was smaller and so I couldn't finish the assembly until making a trip to a hardware store for that 1 cap. The incorrect size cap and the hex screws is why I gave it 3 stars. ... show more

Not a great item, it was missing bolts, and took 2 adults over 2 hours to assemble. I would not buy it again
