I've bought 14 pairs of these since July 2022. I use +1, +2 and +3.5. Two are still in the box and two more pairs haven't broken yet. I like them because they're cheap and always on sale. They work well for my vision needs with good UV and blue blocking properties. Not sure what it is but the frames are made of something that's too brittle for durability. The parts that surround the lenses snap without provocation and hinges can pop at any moment. You would think the hinges would be durable since they flex outward, but no. I had one pop earlier today while I was wearing it and walking to the kitchen. I recently got down to my last pair of 3.5 and came back here to order more. I quickly learned amazon now has a crack-brained policy of not shipping these, or +3.0, to Alabammy. I think somebody must have told them they're illegal somewhere so they quit allowing them to be sold to anywhere. That's ridiculous. You can buy these from any suitable store in the state including Wally. Oh well, amazon shoots self in foot. I looked around for a minute and found out these exact same Kerecsen glasses are available through a different venue with no problems. And at a cost 14.99 for six pairs. Same soft cases and cleaning cloths included. Not good if you're impatient since they come from China. 2½ weeks to arrive. To tide you over, you can also buy a different brand of good +3.50 UV 400/ blue blocker glasses for 2 pairs @ 9.79 delivered. They arrived from California in 4 days ... show more

I was skeptical about blue blockers for screen time, and was not having issues with headache or glare or anything else. But there were articles and stories everywhere and so I decided why not? At this price and with Amazon's return policies, not a big risk. So I did. First the glasses themselves. They are sturdy and light weight, the optics are clear and good quality, the magnification appears to be the strength I selected, and they fit comfortably. Note they are not adjustable, the frames are rigid. Appearance looks like horn rimmed glasses of my youth, probably nerdy but maybe trendy today, I don't know. So far so good. I've been wearing them all computer-day every work day since 9/8/2020 and I was surprised by how quickly and easily I got used to them. Often have to remind myself to take them off when I take a break or walk away from the screen for a moment or two. And I was surprised at first because in the first few days at the literal end of the day I felt less screen-tired. I don't know, maybe it's a placebo effect but it's still working if it is. I really love these glasses. They are light, have flexing hinges that give them some flex and have incredibly comfortable ear and nose pieces. Also they actually sit on my face straight. Optical clarity is extremely good and they really do reduce glare incredibly. When I put these on I literally felt the eye strain melt. I highly recommend them. Also, they are pretty nice looking. These are replacing a pair of foster grant reading glasses I bought at the supermarket which I also loved, but one day one of the arms just gave up the ghost and cracked. They did last a year of pretty rough use. Those were 19.00 for one pair. I had to fiddle with the arms to get them straight (which may have hastened their ultimate demise) They did not block blue light. Good glasses but no where near as good as these. There is a huge difference. The only con to these is they have a slight yellowish tint and if you look at a white surface with and without the glasses you will see a slight shift in color. You will not notice it unless you are looking for it. I accept that in exchange for a lot less eye strain. I spend my days at a computer and these are a real eye saver. Time will tell if they will stand up to day to day use, but they seem well built. I already got bashed in the face with a box at work and they shrugged it off. The flexing hinges really seem to help in that regard. If you're on the fence with these glasses, I would buy them again in a heart beat. They also come with a slim but strong hard case. There is a kind of a obnoxious plaid covering on it, but I can forgive that lol. It's a nice strong case. All in all, very satisfied! ... show more
