First the Good: This Mirror is just Amazing. The packing was grade "A". It arrived without a single damage. They do an amazing job with packaging. (they must know how the real world shipping works, LOL). I tested them and inspected them on arrival as I knew it was going to be a while before I installed them on my Remodel. Finally I installed them yesterday and was very impressed as to the Clarity and Quality of the glass optics. Spotless finish and overall construction. The back is easily removed as it is held by Velcro. After the initial measurements to relocate the electrical boxes, the vanity faucets ended up being higher that previously anticipated, so the mirrors had to be placed a bit higher than originally designed. So by removing the back cover and drilling a new exit hole for the wiring, I was able to fit the new higher position and the wires to be tucked into the electrical box. It was hard wired to the wall switch. Now the bad: Installation requires a bit of measuring and double measuring. As they say, measure twice cut once. It would really help if they included a Template to help place the screws at the right distance. I ended up building one myself and used a laser to make sure they were drilled level. Is more difficult to get this right in Tile as the bit tends to want to move off center once it gets going. Overall, I give it 5 Stars as the extra work of making sure the installation came right does not take away the fact that these mirrors are just Gorgeous. Great Mirror at the right price. Locally, mirrors like this go for way more. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great product. Support is also great, I reached out with a question and got an answer from the seller in less than a day. ... show more

We shopped and shopped for a mirror-like this and finally came upon this one via Amazon. I was leary about ordering a mirror online for fear of it arriving damaged, but it was extremely well-packaged for transport. Mirror arrived fast, without issues - and we immediately hung it up - and it looks AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend. we have ours hung under regular bathroom lights - and this mirror is perfect as a low-level light for ambiance and to allow guests to enter the bathroom with some light. ... show more

Nice backlit mirror that adds a modern sleek aesthetic to a small bathroom. Being backlit only, it doesn’t really provide much extra utility for doing makeup or for lighting up the room. Simply adds a nice aesthetic and some additional light, especially if you have light painted walls that it can reflect off of. Love how the mirror itself is frameless and it gives a very thick/substantial appearance over the typical cheap plate mirrors that are mounted with the small metal clips. Love the ability to adjust the color temperature to match the warmer tone of my vanity light. Installing the hard wired connection was super easy. Wouldn’t recommend buying if you plan on plugging in to a nearby outlet. The cord is only like 3 feet long max. Only major downside was that it was a hard to perfectly measure and install the drywall anchors and screws to make sure the mirror is properly secured and level. I ended up throwing out the screws and anchors that came with the mirror and using heavier duty drywall anchors and screws from Home Depot as I felt they would hold up better over time given the heavy weight of the mirror. Getting 2 screws lined up isn’t too difficult, but getting the mirror to mount to all 4 screws was very hard, even after tedious measurements and meticulous screw placement. A minor downside is that there is a slight delay for the mirror to turn on. I have our vanity light and mirror powered by the same switch and the light comes on instantly while the mirrors takes a second. I think the product could be improved by adding a mounting hole template to the box like they do with TV wall mounts to help with screw placement, or by switching from screws and eye holes to a cleat mounting system that simply requires you to install a level cleat on the wall and hang the mirror on it. ... show more

I got the 72x36 size. Received in perfect shape, the packaging was perfect. The size was very heavy, which made it a bit awkward to install, but my electrician figured it out. We also needed to notch out the dry wall a bit to accommodate the cord length that couldn’t tuck into the box. The backlight brightness is actually brighter than I expected. It lights the room in a beautiful soft glow. The defogger works well. I turn it on just before a steamy shower and the center stays clear. About 10” on each end stays foggy, but it’s still more than enough area to see yourself perfectly clear. Maybe if it’s turned on earlier the whole thing would clear, but it’s not needed. ... show more

I've ordered 2. One worked great. However, the other one is defective, whose touch button doesn't work and the mirror would randomly turn on/off, and change color temp by itself. I ordered the 3rd one and returned the defective one. However, it has a damage in its corner. And shipping box showed signs of being opened before in the past. I did a replacement for the 3rd one. However I received my 2nd one back. I ordered a replacement again and seller won't ship it. I think seller has been shipping previously returned defective items. Therefore I won't recommend this product unless you want to be a victim like me. ... show more
