Pretty much like everything. Installation really takes two people, otherwise all is good. ( Please overlook the patches in the wall around the edges as they have nothing to do with the mirror and were caused by the removal of a larger wall attached mirror). I have had this mirror now for about one year and it is very nice. My title "durable" relates to the fact that this mirror was knocked over while resting on the bedroom floor leaned up against our bed while awaiting installation. It landed on my contractors tool bag and I thought for sure it was destroyed, but it did not break or crack or damage in any way! The first mirror I ordered (from another source) was never delivered as it was damaged in the crate!! We really enjoy the mirror and the lighting is on a separate source than our basic lighting. It's nice in the night if we need to turn on the light but want a soft and low light so as not to light up the whole area! I highly reccommend. ... show more

Mirror was easy to install. Need two people - one to hold it and one to line it up with the screws on wall. LED lights were plenty bright enough for me to use as my light getting ready. Only improvements I could suggest is I ordered the largest size and I’d like an even bigger mirror like this! I put this one above my double vanity sink and it’s great, but I wanted bigger. The mirror came on time. Package had some wear but the interior packing material was fine. Slight cracks on the back mirror casing but it doesn’t affect performance. Heat function is great when showering to keep mirror clear. Not as bright as I expected so I’m glad kept the original vanity light. I purchased my 17 months ago and the are both broken. $500 down the drain. Now I am left w 2 $ 100 pretty mirrors. Not my intention when I fell in love with these. I saw these first at my girlfriends house when she was doing her b room. She purchased them in a mother location ( same price). I was enthralled by them. I knew I had to have them. 2 months later I started my b room and I purchased them. Both of my girlfriends mirrors stopped working after 22 months. I contacted the vendor letting them know what’s happened. I did not expect much. To my surprise he ask me to send photos of me trying to put the light on and of. I sent those photos asap! I was so encouraged. I did not expect new mirrors. I never heard back from them. This made me mad. They should have contacted me back and said they have no answer. Something customer servicey. I will give the vendor a OMG! Customer service. Customer service! I am here to tell you I know I’d two people, my girlfriend and myself who have purchased this mirror a total of 4 and none of them lasted past 22 months. Don’t buy it because it’s gorgeous. Its a bad expensive buy. It will damage your wall if you want to take it down because it is an electrical installation. Bad, expensive and a wall damaging installation. Don’t buy. You’ll be sorry. We purchased these lights April (2022) and just finished our bathroom remodel, installed and they work great, the defog function is good. However when you turn off the light and defogger the mirrors make a distinct humming sound
