Wanted to buy Made in USA. Seems like good quality, unfortunately came damaged and I’m unable to lock or use top drawer. Neither seller nor shipper wants to help correct situation. Better off buying local product that is Made in China.

Kennedy does not make the same tool boxes no more, I bought this and I had to return it cause it was not the same one as labeled in the picture they feel like any other regular tool box, it is not worth the money, does not have the smooth slide drawers, it’s just junk now

After reading the reviews here, I believe that my old set (top box, riser and base cabinet) that I was fortunate to buy “Twice” in the eighties was the last of the “Mohicans” as far as quality goes. I absolutely respect the quality of my old Kennedy boxes and was on the verge of adding a third set. But, You guys have made me shy away. That was a close call and at today’s prices I would have been destroyed for spending good money for these decline in quality boxes of today. I have located a better alternative at a lower price as well. ... show more

We are an OEM and we are forced to buy these boxes as a result of a design callout. These boxes almost always arrive damaged. I have seen them with tire tracks across the front. They are certainly not worth the cost you have to pay. Almost any tool box you get from Home Depot, Lowes, even Harbor Freight is of better quality. We have bought a lot of them, usually 7 to 10 at a time and they are junk. The drawers do not slide smoothly, the locks don't work well, and it's not uncommon for them to arrive missing the hardware to mount the casters and handle. We currently have one on the floor now that we can't complete assembly on because the manufacturer forgot to put the hardware in the box. Just junk and poor quality. ... show more
