Apparently, Amazon.com is selling damaged Kendra Scott pieces. The first bracelet I ordered arrived with the draw piece loose enough that it broke as I pulled it. The replacement won't stay pulled. This was the last time I'll buy KS from Amazon.

I tried to order this bracelet twice, and both times the same piece was broken. It was the piece that keeps the bracelet from staying on, so it is a pretty important part of the bracelet! Super dissapointed.
