For a screen like this, there are basically three choices. One is commonly recommended, but the problem with it is that it has plastic "hardware" that doesn't seem durable. Another is larger and quite a bit more expensive, but requires drilling your windshield. The Kemimoto windscreen overcomes both of these complaints and delivers a high quality windscreen at an excellent price. The Kemimoto hardware is solid machined aluminum and it clamps on securely without drilling. The adjusting bolts work smoothly to provide just the right amount of tension so you can adjust by hand while the device remains solid in the wind. The mechanism is adjustable enough to allow you to find just the right position for optimal windflow. I have tested this up to 85mph and it works just fine, with no sign of flimsiness. It changes the riding experience for me a lot - I can ride with my helmet windscreen up and it's infinitely quieter than without the screen. I also have to commend Kemimoto customer service. I originally ordered this unit, and I received one that had clearly been abused and returned. For that I would blame Amazon, not Kemimoto. But after a couple of emails to Kemimoto support, I had a new unit delivered in just a day or too, and I'm a happy customer. I appreciate the way they stand by their product.

Well-made, real metal and thick plexi. This was perfect to extend my Vespa windshield just that extra couple inches to keep from blowing the hat off my head. Saved money versus a new windshield.

It is a nice extension to the smaller windscreen on my 2023 KTM 390 Adventure. I use it for road use and can take it off for exploring off-road. Works well and was just the extension I needed. Seems to be working well. I only have 75 miles on the wind screen so will report back if there are any issues. So far I am pleased.

The clarity of the glass is exceptionally clear, same quality maybe better than my oem windshield. The install was idiot proof as it only took me about 60 seconds to mount it on the windshield and tighten down. Just got it to night so no road test but, I see nothing to fail as the quality of the metal attachment points are superior to any of the others that I've tried. This is a definite buy in my opinion.

Have tired other/cheaper deflectors, they slid around. This has great hard ware with lots of adjustment options. Stays put, great addition to bike.

Very well made. Made a significant reduction in the wind buffeting to my helmet when used on my Vstrom. This is a OEM type quality accessory. A good example of getting what you pay for.

This is costly for a no-drill solution. Annoying installation. Doesn’t feel very secure. When removing the plastic packaging film to install you need to remove the plastic cover but in doing so are very likely to scratch the screen. It has worked to reduce the wind noise when riding but it gives very easily at higher speeds. On the first ride with it, the adjustability became irrelevant because it was forced into its most extreme position by the time I reached 45 mph. I’ve only had it for a week but I’m not impressed.

I have to say that I was highly skeptical about these types of clip on screens, so ended up buying this model rather than the name brand version that is almost twice the cost. This thing actually works quite well. I'm 6'2" and ride a GSXS 10000 GT. It is supposed to be a sport tourer but my tall lanky body typically keeps me right in the wind stream starting at the middle of my chest. For ~$60 it was worth the try. Now highway speeds are 10-fold more comfortable than with the stock windscreen alone. I still intend to get an aftermarket touring screen and add this on top. I suspect I'll be able to get really nice wind protection with the two. I regular ride at 80 on the highway and so far this hasn't budged. The new aluminum (I think that's what the brackets are made from) connectors are very stable so far. Even hit high speeds on several occasions with no movement.
