I ordered this for my dad. He has a young black lab that likes to jump up on the couch so he can supervise the neighborhood. It fit his couch nicely, was easy to put on, and the black fabric masks the dog hair (bonus!). However, the thin material was no match for the neighborhood watch. Within a week there was a small hole in the cover (pea sized). He will continue to use it but when it comes time to replace it, we will look for something a little more durable.

These covers stretched for a nice fit and are pretty with nice fabric but they just don’t stay in place. The covers come with styrofoam tubes so that you can tuck the fabric behind cushions to secure in place. Unfortunately after sitting and getting up, the tubes are visible. If using for furniture not used a lot this might not be a problem but it could be a hassle having to retuck every time you get up from the couch.

The first time I put it on I struggled a bit with placement, but that was entirely my fault. There are 2 tags in the back that say, surprisingly, “back”. Find both of them first and secure them under the sofa legs. Then you can put your couch back in place and slip the front over easily. Does it fit like a glove? No, but it’s WAY better than looking at the couch underneath. The little foam tubes are garbage, but throw pillows cover up the saggy sides just fine. It feels good and comfortable on your skin, which I was worried about. And I just found out that it washes up in the washer/dryer like a dream. An absolute TREASURE for pet owners. I wish I’d bought this years ago.
