Absolutely love this towel warmer. It heats quickly, it can fits two large bath towels. We prefer to only load one “bath sheet” size in one at a time. Love a touch of luxury to my morning routine. I bought this as birthday gift for my wife. She always liked having a warm towel when we’ve been on vacation. I had no idea there were so many to choose from. After lots of reading of reviews and descriptions I decided n this Keenray model. This is the CL1 Plus and I wasn’t sure f the differences with the CL1 model. I asked the seller and I can’t say enough about how quickly, thoroughly and patiently they answered my questions. The Plus model has several upgrades (like a stainless steel interior, digital controls and temperature settings) but at a lower price. Huh?? The seller said the newer plus model was still in introductory phase hence the introductory price. So more features, less money- how often does that happen? We have used it for several weeks and it performs as promised. The digital controls require a little getting used to but easy after a couple of tries. We usually set it at 30 minutes at highest heat setting. When you pull the towel out it is warm and has nice smell from fragrance disc that comes with it- you put it in slot underside of lid. We have only done one large bath towel at a time but you could squeeze another one in but might impact how warm towels get. We also bought the wood stand that goes with warmer. It is also high quality and makes warmer look great in bathroom. I hope performance holds up because this is a great product at a great price with very responsive customer service from Keenray.

This product was rated #1 of top 5 in a reputable review. I was looking for simple one button towel warmer about 20 inches high. I do not heat my bathroom and warm towels after a shower are a must in winter. This new towel warmer replaced one I had for 7 years. This new one is nice size and works well. The price was reasonable. I did have a few frowns with this new appliance. I hate fiddling with digital panel as I need to get my glasses to turn it on and then get glassed again to turn it off. I also had a problem getting the hoop out with the hooks. Hoop does not rotate to take out as instructions indicated. The hoop was so tight, I had to carefully pry it out with a flat head screw driver and afraid I would crack the rim of the heater. Also the cover is loose and to line it up for handicapper to easily lift it off to the side with left hand and take towel out with right hand and set cover back in place, the digital setting panel is off to the opposite side and clumsy to turn on. Review your specific needs for convenience before ordering.
