This thing has been one of the best purchases I have made in my on-going efforts to care for my mother who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's disease. She is always cold, even in the summer and being able to warm up her clothes as well as the towels for her shower has smoothed out the process tremendously. We also use it to warm up the blankets we put on her during the day to keep her warm. We've been using the warmer daily, several times a day, since we received it and can't remember how we managed before we had it. I'll add that it is easy to use and just the right size. We are able to put inside all we need for her showers in one batch. But it's not so big that it becomes obtrusive and always in our way. Perfect balance.

Nice and warm when it was working. Only used it about 8 times and it will no longer heat. Buttons were always a little unresponsive. Edit: I returned the item in January for a full refund. Keenray contacted me and offered to send me another one for free and give it another try. I’m updating my rating as this is excellent customer service. The touch pad control on this one is very responsive and works with a light touch. A notable difference from the previous unit.

This towel warmer is excellent. It is very spacious inside and fits large towels easily. It heats the towel very well and makes it warm and comfortable after a shower. The different heating modes and timer are very practical. I am very satisfied with this product.

This towel warmer is amazing in quality and style. We have bought 2 of these, one as a gift. The upgraded display touch screen is easy to use. It warms up quickly and doesn't get to hot on the outside. We use it daily and keep it in the bathroom. It fits atleast 2 large bath towels but could accommodate more. It has a long cord and fits the style of our house. I would highly recommend.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! I stuff a big thick towel into it before I get into the shower and 15 to 20 minutes later it’s so nice and toasty to wrap around my body. When we had some really cold weather, I even put my pajamas in it before going to bed. I also put my cats’ bed in it and boy did they love it! Makes a wonderful gift.

I bought this as birthday gift for my wife. She always liked having a warm towel when we’ve been on vacation. I had no idea there were so many to choose from. After lots of reading of reviews and descriptions I decided n this Keenray model. This is the CL1 Plus and I wasn’t sure f the differences with the CL1 model. I asked the seller and I can’t say enough about how quickly, thoroughly and patiently they answered my questions. The Plus model has several upgrades (like a stainless steel interior, digital controls and temperature settings) but at a lower price. Huh?? The seller said the newer plus model was still in introductory phase hence the introductory price. So more features, less money- how often does that happen? We have used it for several weeks and it performs as promised. The digital controls require a little getting used to but easy after a couple of tries. We usually set it at 30 minutes at highest heat setting. When you pull the towel out it is warm and has nice smell from fragrance disc that comes with it- you put it in slot underside of lid. We have only done one large bath towel at a time but you could squeeze another one in but might impact how warm towels get. We also bought the wood stand that goes with warmer. It is also high quality and makes warmer look great in bathroom. I hope performance holds up because this is a great product at a great price with very responsive customer service from Keenray.
