I absolutely love this towel warmer, I already own another one and this has quickly become my favorite. It heats up very fast and gets my towel perfectly warm and cozy every time, which makes such a difference, especially on colder mornings or after a shower at night. The size is perfect and I love that I can fit a larger muslin blanket inside, not just a regular towel. I love this warmer! I turn it on about 5 minutes before I get in the shower. I put my robe on the bottom and my bath towel on top. I find they warm better by putting them in loosely and not rolled up. They are both nice and warm and not too hot. Been using for 3 months now.

I'm not sure how I've lived this long without a towel warmer. Nothing is better than grabbing that warm towel and drying off. The dimensions are clearly stated in the product description, this is a large unit so make sure you have room for it. For me, a minimum of 20 minutes works best for the towel to be as warm as I'd like for those colder mornings. I have not tried more than one large towel, but this would be great for warming up a throw as well.

I've had this towel warmer for 4 years now and it has worked great. Early on, the lid became separated, and I had to super glue it together, but then I didn't have any problems. (No, the glue did not melt when the towel warmer is on). The warmer shuts off after about 1 hr for safety and heats up quickly after that. Fast forward 4 years (ordered it in October 2021) and it is now turning on by itself (or staying on rather than auto shut off) and over-heating! I came into my bathroom the other night and it smelled like something was burning, and I see the towel warmer was on!? (We shower in the mornings. So, either it didn't auto-shut off and was on all day, or it turned on by itself) So, we have been unplugging it more regularly. However, when I do use it, it does not seem to be auto turning off and it gets too hot. It is the first time I've experienced this with this product and I'm thinking it's time to get a new one. I'm sad though, because this seems like a waste to throw in the landfill. However, it's no longer safe if we forget to unplug it and if the towels feel like they might burn you. Again, this only recently started happening after about 4 years. Otherwise I feel like it's worth it! I even bought one for my mom when we bought ours. Maybe I should check on hers!! 😬

I got my mom one of these about 2 years ago and then she got me the exact same one this year for Christmas. I like that it also came with a sample scent called "sea elegance" that can make your towels smell amazing. The warmer has a 1 hour timer I believe so it automatically cuts off. I like to come home from work and immediately put my towel in the warmer, by the time I shower and get out it's so warm and perfect in the winter ! This towel warmer just adds that little extra touch of luxury that makes your bathroom feel like a hotel 🩷

I bought this for my mother for Christmas! It is a very sturdy material, it holds in traps the heat in really well as long as the lid is full fully closed. The coloring of it is very neutral and fits any space! This towel warmer for us holds about two large towels at a time!
