Sturdy. Beautiful! Easily adjustable fit w/ the laces. And the toe cover is amazing and has saved my toes multiple times. Quite comfortable too. I like these so much that I may purchase another color even. Fits true to size also. And the price is reasonable for a solid shoe and brand. I imagine I’ll get years of use out of these. I havent worn them out yet but at first wear i can tell these shoes will make me want to live again. I have awful plantar fasciitis and cant walk that far. But with these i feel like i can go camping and hiking again. Theyre the perfect fit and cradle ur foot so precisely, a little snug to get inside initially but thats cuz theyre new. This is a good sandal for people with a narrow heel and need a wider toe box due to various 'toe' issues. They feel stable, and sightly cushioned with enough arch support. If you plan to wear socks or have a problem with restricted toes, size up. They are well made and cute.

This is the second pair I've owned in this style and I truly love them. They are easy to put on and take off. The toe protection is fantastic. This is what finally gave out on the first pair after many, many years of abuse. The tread is great on a variety of surfaces. Water is not a problem and they rinse and dry easily and quickly. They are true to size for me. The only issue I had with this pair was that the left strap around the bottom of my ankle rubbed the skin until I nearly had a sore. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. I used a bandaid to cover that spot for a couple more uses, and when I wore them without the bandaid the next time, the problem didn't reoccur. Perhaps they just needed to stretch a little? I don't know. I wear these now without anything on that spot near my ankle and all is fine. The color choices are great. Being able to adjust the fit with the bungee is another feature I really like. I recommend these and I hope they're still around many years from now when I suppose I'll need another pair! ... show more

Great fit and comfort! Love the Keen Whisper, it’s my third pair. I recently purchased the blue pair and they are adorable. Goes with everything for a pop of somehow subtle color. I usually take a size 8.5 but with the whisper I size down to an 8. I have narrow feet but I also have bunions. So comfortable, I almost always wear socks with them too. I’m cute like that;) so I’d say they run a bit big. Can’t say enough about their comfort and wearability! ... show more

I absolutely love these KEEN Whisper sandals! I bought them for an upcoming hiking trip, but they've quickly become my go-to footwear for everything from trail walks to casual errands. Right out of the box, they were incredibly comfortable—no break-in period needed. The arch support is excellent, and the footbed is cushy enough to wear all day without any soreness. I especially appreciate the closed-toe design, which keeps my feet protected on rocky trails while still allowing for airflow. They’re also super easy to slip on and adjust, thanks to the elastic bungee lacing system. Plus, being machine washable is a huge bonus. Durable, lightweight, and stylish enough to wear beyond just the trail—these sandals check every box. This is not my first pair of Keen Whispers, but definitely the pair I get the most compliments on. Supportive, comfortable, rugged, funky, and fun, these are shoes built for adventure. I’ve worn them hiking in the woods, at the beach, in a kayak, biking, and trekking on urban sidewalks, and they were great at in any environment. When they get grungy, I throw them in the wash with a towel or two, then let them stand to dry. They come out looking like new. The fit is true to size, and since I have narrow feet, the Whisper is a better fit for me than the wider Keen Newport shoe. ... show more

Incredibly comfortable and I love the color…. But there is a quality control flaw that makes them entirely unwearable. As you can see in the picture on the right shoe, where the big toe would be, the first hole after the rubber toe front is too large. As you step your big toe comes out of that hole and your nail catches on the rubber sole. My nails have been recently pedicure. They are very short, so this is not a “my feet” problem. You can see in the picture that the left shoe does not have a large hole, and correlating to that this issue does not occur with the left shoe. I purchased these shoes in both a 6 and a 6 1/2, this quality control issue is present in both right shoes. The left shoe has a very tiny hole in the spot by comparison. ... show more
