Ordered a medium, I wear 32A bra. The pads in these are a perfect thickness. I don't like it too tight across my chest and these were not. But they did rub a little under my arm and on the (that's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). I bought these for my every day workouts. When I got them, I immediately removed the stupid inserts. Based on reviews, I sized up. I would normally buy a medium and bought a large instead. They are still a little tight, but they fit. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 120lbs, 34D. I really like the style. The bras are well-made and seem like they will hold up well. The bra fits fine but the insert pad is a joke it is one piece and it barely covers my nipples.....i took it out and am using without the pads.

I use these sports bras almost daily. I take the pads out of everything, but these are just so comfy! I wear these to work, because chasing 2 year olds all day should be an Olympic sport (daycare teach here!). I wear these to workout too, but I have large breasts, and they're not the most supportive. I'm also currently breastfeeding, so they're heavier than normal. I'll have to leave another review when I'm done breastfeeding for how supportive they are when I'm back to normal.
