I have been epilating for nearly 30 years so am used to it. This one works well but not as good as the Emjoi Tweeze which is great but eats batteries like it's starving. Too bad they don't make a rechargeable one. That's why I got this one so I don't have to buy batteries every week just for facial hair. (Yes, I'm old) This was fully charged when I received it so was able to try it right away and am satisfied with it. If you have never epilated before, here's some advice...do not press down, just stretch your skin tight and skim against hair growth and you will find it does better. Use my 25 year old Veet for my legs and armpits because it covers a larger area at one time, which it great, but it is not cordless so a real pain to get next to an outlet. That being said I feel this is a decent product for the price.

First epilator I bought and I love the results. As a 30 year old, I noticed the older I get the more resilient my facial hair has become. Being a female its something I have always struggled with and having genetics that result in thick prominent black hairs have always been a sore spot for me and my self confidence.Every morning I would pluck the hair on my chin and cheeks and it took FOREVER! Not to mention because I was super focused a lot of times I would damage my skin resulting in in grown hairs or little cuts, and eventually in scars. Now with an epilator my life has changed, this device is QUICK, EASY TO USE, and is THOROUGH! Meaning the 30 plus minutes I would spent in front of a mirror just plucking hair off of my face is now only around 10 to 15! Honestly even less. I know it sounds silly but this is a game changer for me, it gets the spots on my neck in chin that are harder to see and it means everything to me to go out with a smooth face, knowing that I got it all. Its changed my self confidence and I can't express this enough. If you are a female that struggles with thick facial hair I highly recommend this product. I have fair sensitive skin and I love it. For the price you can't beat it.

It’s a little difficult to use. I actually had a little sore on my chin after I used it. Maybe it takes time to figure out how to hold it while using? A friend of mine has one and loves it and suggested it to me which is why I purchased it!

I luv this thing. I luv that you plug it in. My last one was battery operated and the batteries corroded in and it stopped working in little time. I hate when that happens. I think it’s a plot to buy another tool. I opt for corded tools ever time now. China batteries are not like they use to be. Anywho. Makeup looks so much smoother. I’ve been epilating for so long I can count the number of hairs on my legs. Epilating my face is relatively new. But so worth it. I only have peach fuzz but a lot of it. The hairs glisten in the sun. This works well. The only spot that is tender is on side of lip. But you get used to it in no time. The reward is great.

This is just perfect. I have been looking for one of these for years. Finely I find one. I only use it for my face. I get little hairs around my chin area that bothers me really bad and when I use it my face is realy smooth
