This Kaximil Spaghetti Strap Maxi Dress is very simple and stretchy. It is a ruched style dress that is very flattering in the front but maybe not so much from the side as the ruching seems to accentuate the belly pooch. It does arrive in a vacuumed sealed bag and does need some time to breathe before all of the wrinkles come out. It is very thin and soft which makes the fabric quite comfortable but slightly see through in bright light and it does not hold you in at all, if that is something you prefer. It does feel a little on the cheap side and I personally wouldn’t wear it to a wedding or other special event. But I do think it would make a great casual summer dress or something to wear on a Vegas trip! The ruffles give a playful look and the high slit makes it casually sexy. Very vibrant and pretty red dress. The fabric accentuates the curves beautifully without clinging to you. It flows and moves well with you because it stretches where it needs to, so it's comfortable, but isn't restrictive. The material is a breathable mesh that is lined up to the body of the dress. The high slit isn't so high that it becomes tasteless and tacky. The workmanship is done well: the ruching in the perfect places, the ruffles that line the hem, the neckline that is low enough to be sexy, but not plunging and skanky, and the straps that stay in place, not constantly sliding around or needing adjustment. The length is perfect on me, being 5'2". The overall silhouette of the dress, the mermaid cut, is beautifully done and tends to flatter many body types.
