I absolutely love this Kate Spade watch band, which I’m currently using with my Apple Watch (40mm). This was an upgrade from a rubber sport band, and it instantly made my watch feel more polished. ⸻ Fit & Sizing I have small wrists and needed to remove about four links. Removing the links was very easy and intuitive, even though the instructions weren’t immediately obvious on the box. I was able to find them without any trouble, and the process was straightforward. ⸻ Comfort This band is comfortable for all-day wear with no pinching or stiffness. It has a nice, appropriate weight — heavy enough to feel substantial and not cheap, but not bulky or uncomfortable. ⸻ Look & Quality The mix of gold and silver is beautiful and very versatile. It looks just like the photos and feels like the quality you’d expect from Kate Spade. I’d describe the style as somewhere in between — I can wear it with sweatpants and a casual outfit, but it also works dressed up for nicer occasions. ⸻ Wear Over Time After about two weeks of everyday wear, it has started to show a bit of normal wear, which feels expected for regular use and hasn’t affected the look in a major way. ⸻ Pros • Easy link removal and resizing • Comfortable for all-day wear • Stylish gold and silver combination • Feels substantial and high quality • Dresses up an Apple Watch instantly Cons • Instructions aren’t very obvious on the packaging • Minor wear shows with daily use (expected) ⸻ Would I Buy Again? Very easy to adjust to fit your wrist. Needed to take two links of the band. The band is very nice and fastens securely. Easy to unbuckle when needed; squeeze both sides of the buckle to release band. Very easy. Color is a very shiny silver. Gems look well glued. Definitely a step up from the one the watch comes with or any of the bands Apple produces. A+

I really loved this band for the past 11 months that I’ve had it; it is shiny, basic and beautiful without being over the top. The functionality was good. That is, until it wasn’t: about 2 months ago the links began coming apart. I would snap them back together, and they would stay for awhile and come apart again. I kept putting them back together until finally the amount of time in between doing this became less and less and now actually fell off my arm twice in the last day. Clearly I’m not going to return this item, but it should’ve most definitely lasted longer than 9-11 months.

The media could not be loaded. I just received the Kate Spade gold Apple Watch band yesterday. I am happy with the quality of it. I have been looking for a nice sturdy Apple Watch band for awhile now. This one is on the more expensive side so I always talked myself out of buying it. But the hubby gave me the okay to get it for my birthday this year. I had a very nice expensive Citizen EcoDrive watch, which I loved the feeling of having a jewelry watch band compared to the silicone Apple Watch band. This band is a nice heavy quality and compares to my expensive Citizen EcoDrive watch band. I paired it with a gold watch protector I found on Amazon they go together well. The links on watch snap on and off making it very easy to adjust to the size of your wrist. I’m very happy with the purchase and it’s worth the more expensive price point.
