This set is really not any better or cheaper than something you can get at Walmart. But, I ordered it because it matched my bedroom nicely. The material is light weight and is neither soft nor scratchy. I ordered the king size set for my queen size bed, because I like to have it long enough to cover the wood side of railings of the bed frame. Unfortunately, when you do this, you end up getting two GIGANTIC pillow shams that really work for nothing on your queen size bed. I ended up folding over one edge of each sham and stitching it back, so I could use it on my standard size pillows. it looks OK, but I lost the ruffle on 18 edge. See picture. ... show more
