I may have missed in the descriptions somewhere that some assembly is required...not that I truly mind. The mirrored top portion, legs, and the knobs are what I had attach. (knobs were most annoying) and I accidently overtighten a screw and cracked-hopefully it will be alright. Aside from the mirror opening not being able stand up completely without being propped (i use to see armoires in the store that did the same thing) and the fabric on the dividers not being glued down the minor scratches i did find were in places you would really see and they were very small. It is very sturdy, very little wobble, tone of its staining is rich with undertones and are variant...its a bit heavy. I would have liked if there were knobs or some kind of hook on the necklace door (easier to open) ... show more

The jewelry box had a few scratches. The screws for bottom base did not fit correctly. The jewelry box slides in base because screws didn't work.
