I don't really write reviews, but I couldn't resist after getting these eyeglasses on Amazon. My cataract surgery corrected my vision in both eyes for "distance," but I still need something to wear while reading and using computer. These glasses are perfect because they have zero (0) correction on top (where I see distance perfectly), and progressively in the middle down to the bottom where I need the magnification. Finally, I can keep my glasses on and look up to watch TV at a distance and back down to read and write. I ordered a second pair right away. Maybe not for everyone, but sure works great for my circumstances. And a great price for all the features!

This is the second pair that I purchased. The lens of the first pair cracked at the bow connection. Bought a second pair and now the lens has cracked at the bridge and today the rivet holding the bridge broke. I really like the lens as they are the first pair of glasses that go from clear in a low light areas to dark when outside. If the manufacture would put these lenses into a frame, they would be great!

Had progressives made a couple of years ago after cataract surgery. These are much better. I am very pleased. Good at all distances. They are comfortable and well made. They don’t get quite as dark as my previous Transitions but with UV protection that shouldn’t matter. Would definitely buy again.

I was thrilled to get these as they fit fine and worked as expected. However, today just 10 days after the return window closed, I put them on and the hinge separates from the lens!!! Not repairable at all. Very disappointed.

I purchased these glasses to use after bilateral cataract surgery since I could not get a new prescription for 6-8 weeks. My far vision allowed me to not wear glasses for now but I still need them for reading and computer work. I hate taking readers on and off!! In the car I don’t need glasses to drive, but need them to glance at my phone for directions, maps, etc. These were the perfect answer. Clear on top graduating to reader on the bottom. An added plus is that they also darken in the sun and have UV protection. They are well made and don’t seem to scratch easily.

These glasses looked nice and did what I expected and wanted, but they basically fell apart after just a couple of weeks with normal use and no real abuse of any kind. The attachment of the lens to the nose piece bent and there was no way to fix it without the entire thing breaking into three pieces. If you buy them treat them gently.

Progressive glasses took a bit to get used to but work very well once you understand the focal points are straight ahead. Peripheral vision is a bit out of focus until you turn your head. These are a little heavier than I expected and took a while to get used to the weight on my nose. I agree with others that the photochromatic does not get dark enough, but it does work. I just use my usual bifocal sunglasses for outside activities.
