I pretty much wear them all day long. The lights at school bother me i get headaches and on the computer pretty much all day. This is my second pair. I've broken my first set.i just love them and very stylish.

I was really worried about my eyes. They were tired, red and dusty feeling. Like lots of other folks, I've spent too many hours in front of a computer screen. I don't know how I'd get by if I lost my vision. It would be a very bad thing for me. So I finally decided I should at least try the Blue Light glasses. I had looked around in stores for them, but often found them very expensive and already adjusted for visual variations. The problem with that was that the store never seemed to have just the right adjustment for me. So, I found these on Amazon. Not prescription glasses or even close, but very affordable all around lenses that are sold as Blue light. The price was good too. I got two pair, with protective sleeves and packed in a nice tight box. I like them. I'm no expert, but when I put them on, my eyes seemed cooler and didn't irritate my as much. They weren't burning. The glasses come in two different colors and would be suited for a couple to share the cost of the pair. One pair of glasses each. I loved the solid colored lenses because they came in blue (my favorite color.) But the lenses do scratch after a little rough wear or cleaning. Still: well worth the money from my point of view.
