These shoes are great quality for the price and fit really good. I’d say very true to size for me. The material is soft. I would say you may need an insert to help with your foot slipping foot if you’re wearing them for hours. I noticed that after going to lunch and shopping they were still comfortable but I noticed my foot began to slip forward just a bit the insole is smooth “leather” so keep that in mind. These look so cute online. When they arrived they were huge and clunky. I odered a size 9 but instead of it being a 39 it was a size 40 so it was more a size 10. They were not cute at all. I imagine you would have to be a very small size for them to look good. My foot also sat in them crookedly toward the back of the heel. ... show more

Purchased new but shoes appear used and with several noticeable scratches all over. Presentation was as you see in attached photos - just thrown in a box. They did not arrive in the original box and packaging was just not good. I have the black pair and that was a completely different and positive experience. I love the black ones. I wanted the brown, and planned to purchase the pink. If I like a product, I do purchase in multiple colors! I will be returning these.
