I’m a 2X, and I ordered the 2X. I almond canceled my shipment after paying on layaway, due to reviews saying they run large. I’m SO glad I didn’t! They are true to size, an elevated style compared to the drawstring with elastic at the ankles, which feel like they’re for the gym or street wear only. The drawstring pants DO run large in this brand, but not these, IMO. I can wear these with a flowy tunic for school or casual day at work, even. I wouldn’t want to wear them without a long shirt, without shapewear, but I wear mostly long tunic tops, which flatter my pear shape. If they pill, I will shave them off. They are a perfect fit. I would not want them any smaller. Just a heads up…I’m 5’7 1/2”, and they aren’t highwaters, so I don’t think they’re Petite. I wanted the purple to go with my beloved JMS purple Comfort Soft hoodie, but this was the only one on layaway and it goes well with it, and my white and dark green ones, too! Despite some sizing issues just recently, I love JMS! There is always a size that fits me beautifully, even when it takes some trial and error. They make comfort clothes fit to flatter Plus Size figures, and they know what they are doing. Most sweats are unflattering on me but JMS is my go-to for that and pretty, casual tops. The only thing is these are dark enough to show cat hair and lint, and not quite heathered enough to conceal it. Because I have a white cat, I should get the light and bright shades too, for easier care, as fur never shows up on them. Oh, well…it’s nothing good lint tape can’t fix! My Navy Comfort Soft hoodie didn’t show pet hair, because it’s very heathered but I passed it on after 7 years because I “outgrew” it, looking good as new. So glad I tried this style. Not happy with how they wear. On the positive they are soft but way too long. They look very cheaply made; I will wear them around the house but I'd never go out in them. The length? think I'd have to be 5'8" to wear them properly so I'm walking on about 4". The legs in the picture look narrower for a nicer fit on the bottom but they are wide. I bought a pair of sweats from this manufacturer about 2 years ago and was hoping to find the same item as this is what I looked up and purchased. Not nearly as nice as the first pair. If you're looking for something to wear around the house while cleaning; you can get cheap sweats at lower price. ... show more

I thought I would use these pants to kickbox on chilly days. They fit real nice, flow down my legs with relaxing comfort, unlike leggings that hug the lumpy-bits. Shaped nice, fabric nice, color rich black that doesn't bleed in the wash, nice leg length above flats or sneakers, no pockets. Only thing I wasn't so cool with is after a few wears, the areas in the crotch where the thighs meet get rough, pills up and needs a shaving. Nice warm and comfortable pants. I wash them first before wearing. They shrunk a bit around the middle section. The length is not shrink! The fabric washed beautifully I would suggest washing them inside out their fleece!

I ordered a petite just my size and was sent regulars. I also ordered petite just my size thru another company and again received regulars. I have been wearing just my size petite sweatpants for years because I like the fit and the length. I needed new ones since the ones I had were worn out. Just my size must be falsely marketing their products because the labels do not say petite even though the invoice does and I would trip over these if I wore them. I am VERY disappointed in this company and would not recommend buying anything from Just my Size. ... show more
