I got the small for my 13 year old. She is 5'4" and 100lb and she wanted thick, soft pajamas. These fit the bill. They are a nice fleece, very warm and cozy. The top fits well, the pants are a little big in the waist and they are sewn in elastic so no way to tighten them up. I ended up just taking them in on the sides, but if you are really thin, these may be too big.

Size runs small, we bought a set Last year from same manufacturer in a small and it fit perfectly. This year the same size was too small. We returned it and bought a medium size was just right. Quality control is lacking, the seam on one leg was not stitched in one six inch spot. The fabric is very comfortable and warm. Just disappointed.

These are warm, soft, and comfortable but they have a lots of fuzz that comes off in the wash. The fuzzies get all over everything, all the other clothes, and then transferred throughout the house. I bought 2 pairs for my daughter and one top already has a hole in it. Not the best quality.
