Description

Why do I get fewer charges than expected from this power bank? Power loss occurs from voltage conversion and circuit heat. Normally only 60%-70% of cell capacity can be delivered to devices. You may estimate cycles with the standard formula. Actual results vary by cable, temperature and device. Why can’t the power bank continuously maintain its listed maximum charging power? Listed max power is peak output. Built-in multi-protection includes overcharge, over-temperature and short-circuit protection. It automatically reduces power when hot. The power bank may stop charging if overheated and resume after cooling. Can I bring this power bank onboard a plane? Can it be checked in luggage? Rated energy 74Wh. Power banks ≤100Wh are generally permitted for cabin carry. It complies with TSA and most airline carry-on rules. Cannot be checked in. Airline policies differ. Please verify with your airline before travel. How can you troubleshoot when facing the issue? 1. Check connection between power bank & device. 2. Clean port; dust may block charging. 3. Test with another cable/device. 4. If issue remains, record fault video & contact support. Reply within 24hrs. 18-month support for factory hardware defects. Why does it take much longer than 2 hours to fully charge this power bank with my current charger? 2-hr fast charge requires a ≥45W PD charger (e.g. 45W/65W or higher) plus a 45W (3A) cable. Lower-wattage chargers (18W/30W) limit input and extend charging time. Use a compatible fast-charging set. Could be the perfect power bank for you
Color: Black
This is one of the best power banks that I've ever come across. While I do find that it does take a little bit to charge when you're initially giving it a charge. This power bank is very fast very, concealable, and has a variety of inputs that make it so that you can charge so many different things. If you have different types of plugs it's got the inputs for those. It's got amazing portability, as it's very small and fits perfectly into my backpack so I can take it when I'm on the run. I have been able to charge my phone from nearly completely dead to at least 60% in a half an hour. I haven't dropped it yet. I am afraid to drop it. I'm afraid to let anything happen to it so I can't really test its durability at this moment. But I can tell you that it is a power bank that comes highly recommended from myself. The design is very simple and I think that keeping it simple is key. ... show more

This is for you travelers
Color: Green
Okay, so I ordered these specifically for international travels. We are only allowed one hundred watt hour or less, new rule as of May 2026. I wanted to make sure that I was able to bring what I needed. I definitely recommend. I've been able to get two full charges out of one power bank, they do pack some weight but with anything quality it. Typically does, and if it's super light, you can expect it not to give you very many charges. They are very beautiful when it comes to esthetics & they are convenient. I love the charging speed. The connectivity works exactly the way I need it to, with many options to use different types of cords. Charging them does take a few hours, as should be expected, with any quality power bank. These will speed charge your device if you are not on the device. If you set your phone down 45 or ten minutes, you can expect your phone to power up pretty quick. You will actually drain the power bank quicker while using your phone as the power bank is charging your phone at the same time, this does matter in regards to how many charges you can get from each power bank. If you are not on your phone, as you are charging your phone, then you can expect at least 3 full charges from one bank. I do extensive research before I make any purchase and I made sure that I was getting the item that was right for me. Happy hunting! ... show more

Excellent Quality - Would Buy It Again As A Gift For Someone

This JUOVI Power Bank 45W 20000mAh Portable Charger | PD QC Fast Charging with 4 USB Ports is sold by: Xintaistore a seller that is located in CHINA The product is made in CHINA The product came nicely and professionally packaged in packaging just like you would see if you were shopping in a retail store setting. I had never heard of the brand JUOVI, and quite honestly was a bit hesitant to purchase a 'no name' brand, but...I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at what great quality this portable charger is! It is very 'heavy' feeling when you hold it in your hand definitely seems like a good quality charger. I take it everywhere with me because my phone battery is not the greatest and I am constantly needing to recharge it throughout the day. It is compatible with my phone, watch and MacBook Air computer. I can charge my phone 4-5 times and my Macbook twice before needing to recharge the Charging Block. I was camping recently with no electricity and this came in SO handy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the market for a portable charger! ... show more

Great
Color: Black
I can charge two phones at least 3 times with this power bank, and it lasts me the entire day. Fast charging works well. I can even charge my laptop with it, although the charging is very slow and it only gives me about one full charge. If you plan to use it mainly for a laptop, I would probably recommend getting one with a higher wattage. ... show more

Compact, Powerful, and Great for Emergencies or Travel

This power bank has been an excellent purchase. I actually bought two of them when they were on sale because we had some bad weather headed our way and I wanted a reliable backup power source in case the electricity went out for an extended period. Thankfully, they worked flawlessly. The slim design makes them easy to carry in a backpack, laptop bag, or even a larger pocket. Despite the compact size, they pack a lot of power and have done a great job keeping our devices charged when we needed them most. One feature I really like is that it offers both standard and fast charging modes, you can see the last digit circling around signifying "fast" mode. The fast charging option is especially handy when you're on the go and need to add some battery life quickly. While the power bank itself takes a few hours to fully recharge, it delivers plenty of power back to your devices. Another benefit for travelers is that you can plug your devices into the power bank and then plug the power bank into public charging stations or questionable outlets. That gives a little extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting your devices while charging away from home. It also automatically powers on and off when devices are connected or disconnected, which makes it very convenient to use. My only wish is that it included a built-in MagSafe charging feature, but that's a minor complaint considering how well everything else works. Overall, this is a compact, dependable power bank with plenty of capacity. Whether you're preparing for emergencies, traveling, or just need extra battery life during the day, it's a great addition to your gear. ... show more
