I bought these for my son, an avid basketball player...he found them and was so excited! He wears a size 6, so i purchased the small (size 5-7). They are so large and bulky, that when he attempts the exercises, they move around on his feet. They are a prescription for an ankle sprain. We cannot evaluate how effective they are at their claims, because he cannot use them as they are presented. My son is not a grown man, but there is no age or height or weight range indicated, just a shoe size. Please do not purchase these for children, for sure. Not sure how they would be on a grown man, but can't see my husband putting these on. Honestly would like to return them. ... show more
