  • My daughter and all her cousins love this, but so difficult to put together.
We bought this for our autistic daughter to climb and use safely for her height stim. She loves it as well as her cousins. We actually use it inside, but have a large room with high ceiling. It was very difficult to put together and my husband was fuming the entire time. The included instructions r very confusing and difficult too make work, but they did email us with updated instructions after we already put it together, so maybe wait and try to use those. ... show more

  • pain to put together
The kids like it, missing hardware. The top bars don't fit right, but we made it work. Contacted the company and they agreed to send parts, then stopped responding. Update: They have sent parts. Just hard to put together

  • Great customer service and product
I purchased this because I do in-home child care and I wanted something my preschoolers and my own kids -ages 7 and 9 could enjoy. I purchased this right before we moved and by the time we put it together I had just missed the 30 return window. One of the piece was bent so I contacted the company and they were very prompt in responding. They asked that I wait up to 3 weeks for the replacement part, but in all honesty I think it was about a week and a half when it arrived. We had some trouble putting it together, but that could be me and not necessarily the directions. Overall my kids love it and it seems to be really good quality. My neighbor’s grandson saw ours and now they are getting one. I would definitely purchase again and I would make sure it’s from this company. ... show more

  • My kid loves it!
Arrived when stated. Packaged really well. Everything was organized and labeled. Instructions were easy to read. It should be noted: follow the instructions step by step thoroughly. Its not a hard job, just a tedious one that takes patience. The first step where you’re putting together the canopy frame, get creative and use a chair with a large seat and arms, or have a pal help you keep the shape. Building the octagon shape of the canopy frame upside down made things so much easier. Put it together on a flat, level surface, too. It’s easy to move later. After that, the rest is pretty self explanatory, but pay close attention to the straight bars because they have dimples where the bolts go in. Other than that, the last 3 bars (per the steps- A3) that you place, the holes didn’t line up when placing them either in front or the back of the bars you’re attaching them to, so I had to get creative. A centimeter to short. But, I lined one end (hole) to the back of one bar and one end (hole) to the front of the other respective bar. It worked. Once you have the frame together and you tighten all the bolts, it pulls itself together. My 5y/o absolutely loves it and can’t get enough of it. I am also very impressed about how sturdy it is. Hope this helps anyone else who’s interested. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Takes two
Takes two people to put together. Not the easiest thing I’ve set up but my almost 8 year old loves to watch his tablet or read books in it

  • Starting to tear a few months in
I found it to be very sturdy if properly lined up and tightened. Kids love it. I put a slide on it as some other reviewers did and it was great. However I will say it’s not the safest thing - the kids in the little house can fall out from literally every angle since the only thing between them and the outside is little flimsy string ties holding the fabric on which started tearing almost immediately. I expected that, but now the thick fabric straps securing the “floor” to the house have started coming undone - 2 of the 20 are completely detached from the metal support. So at this rate in another few months the whole thing will be rendered unusable. I wanted a cute wooden play structure but couldn’t afford it and went for this “cheap” option and I regret it because for us it’s still a lot of money. It’s way cheaper than the alternatives, way easier to put together (I did it single handedly in a couple hours with two “helpers”) but in the end will cost about $50 per month of useful play time before it becomes unsafe. I would only recommend to someone with plenty of disposable income, ready to inspect it daily, and ready to be standing close by the whole time kids are on it. Now in a few months time I will have to dismantle and somehow dispose of this and figure out another structure for the kids slide. Or get a huge needle and see if I can sew the straps back on. ... show more

  • Lot's of fun, but hard to put together
My 7 yr old loves this! Very good purchase. It was hard to put together, definitely took 2 of us. Ended up with 3 bars at the end that did not fit where they were supposed to go. Didn't affect to much though. Great size for a small yard. Canopy cover is only held on by little strings that you tie. I don't think they will hold up too long. Plan to sew in some little velcro straps to hold it better. Anchor straps are nice and seem strong. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would recommend. ... show more

  • We love it
My kiddo has been wanting a fort of some sort for several summers, but we don't have a spot flat enough (or budget) for many of the options out there. He found this on Amazon, talked me into it, and we are thrilled with it! I felt the price was more reasonable (for me) than some of the expensive and elaborate playsets. Assembling it was a 2-person job and took a couple of hours. We did not install the ball pit net at the bottom. He is a skinny 110 pounds and it totally supports him. He added battery operated string lights inside and plans to do homework in the tent as often as he can! We do wish that it didn't have 3 "doors" in the tent part so will be covering one or two of them with some canvas scraps. ... show more
