Due to anxiety and PTSD, I have always had a horrible habit of picking at and biting my cuticles. I can't recall the last time I wasn't embarrassed by the appearance of my fingers. So far these rings have helped tremendously in diverting my negative habit onto something else. Unlike other fidget items, such as fidget spinners or fidget cubes, these are discreet and less likely to pose an issue in the classroom, work meetings, or family gatherings. Highly advised to avoid wearing the rings while cleaning, preparing food, or other tasks that includes small particles or sticky substances that could sneak in between the spinner and the base of the ring as this can prevent the spinner from moving. I know this since I accidentally got jelly on one of the rings which led to the spinner being stuck to the base of the ring. Thankfully a little hot water rectified the issue. Such a fantastic deal for the price. True to size and no signs of that gross green residue that comes from wearing certain rings. These are not only helpful but extremely gorgeous. I love wearing all four at the same time. I wish I would've bought these sooner.

I ordered these for a low price because I wanted to try fidget rings without spending a lot of money and make sure I found them helpful. I had planned on purchasing a more expensive fidget ring if I liked these, but because these rings were such good quality I ended up just using these ones. I have had these rings for 9 months now, I usually take them off when washing my hands but occasionally they end up getting wet. So far the rings have held up with no damage. I enjoy using these rings to fidget with and help keep focus. The rings fit true to size. I ordered a size up so I could fit the ring on different fingers.

The media could not be loaded. I am an adult with severe adhd, you could only imagine what that’s like. I’m always moving/fidgeting especially when I have to sit through online school, I tell you it’s rough. These rings actually really work for me. If I’m feeling anxious, or a bit hyperactive I’ve formed a habit of twirling my ring. It provides that wanted relief and it’s cute on top of that. My only complaint isn’t even this shood fault but I bought it too big so I have to wear on my thumb and even still it slips off but that’s more on me. All together great product and I suggest you invest 🥰😘

I figured these wouldn't be great quality considering the price for 4 rings but they're actually pretty amazing. I am still on my first one and it is awesome. It helps me to have something to fidget with throughout my day.
