    • Good price for the size shelf I needed
The mounting system did not work for us so we had to find out own. I made it work for this is the only shelf I was able to locate that had a depth of 12.75 inches.

I bought this really nice big and thick shelf for my bedroom room, we are using it to put our mini computer, keyboard, also the remotes for the TV and fans. The shelf arrived promptly, and the installation was surprisingly easy thanks to the invisible brackets. The wooden shelf is sturdy and looks fantastic against my wall. It provides a great solution for organizing the items in my bedroom, and the grey color complements my decor perfectly. Once this shelf is up, it is great. It looks nice and feels sturdy. However, there were no installation instructions whatsoever. I had read previous comments about the drywall fasteners so proceeded with that in mind. Even so, I too had a problem with the bolts not holding, I had to buy sturdier molly bolts to use. This worked fine. If there had been better instructions as to the size of hole needed for the plastic anchors it might have been OK. In the end I like the shelf itself. ... show more

    • Secure bracket to the wall
Size: 30"W x 12.75"D x 2"H Color: White
I used 5 toggle bolts, 4 on top near the poles and one on the bottom. I also put shims under the bottom of the bracket. This is necessary because the bracket itself is not solid and will bend with pressure.

The board comes with a 2 prong mounting kit and the spaces between the 2 prongs is somewhat close to the normal amount of space between 2 studs on the wall. The board is more hallow b/c of the mounting system that needs to slide In. I opted for L-brackets size 10 inch instead and didn’t use the 2 prongs. If you use the two prongs be mindful that there is space between the ends of the prongs and the board. Sort of like centering a TV on shelf. I hit studs in both.     • Beautiful shelf bracket not adjustable enough

Yea LL liked the shelf but bracket could be more helpful if it were adjustable so a stud could be used for anchoring then shelf. Not one hole in the bracket matched a stud in the location that I need to mount to bracket Not one- they are all in drywall. Used anchors not sure it will hold.
