These curtains are an excellent value for the money. They are sewn quite well -- generally, even and neat -- with sufficient hem allowance at the bottom to let them out. They also are exactly measured and hung perfectly for rods installed & placed correctly. I really wanted to keep these but found that the color -- natural beige -- blended into our walls too much. They also seemed to read green in certain light, and this I could never fix, and so had to return. All in all -- a great value and almost perfect but for the color. If you have 9’ ceilings and crown molding you really need a 100-102” panel and those are hard to come by unless you want to spend $300 per panel. These are not ready to hang right out of the bag and need some help. The creases are off and I had to start from the top of each panel, working through each crease making them correct and using chip clips to keep them in place. Next ironing each fold making sure not to touch the back side of the panel where the blackout material is exposed because that can’t be ironed (read the comments) then hanging them. I tried putting the metal hooks in at 2 inches from the top of the panel and they pooled on the floor. At 3 inches from the top of the panel they interfered with the curtain rod so 2 1/2 inches from the top of the panel is where the metal hooks are currently in these photos. I I did order some adjustable plastic hooks and am going to see if those help me get the exact placement I am looking for where they touch the floor. These panels need to be trained. I am using chip clips and you can see those in the first few photos. I room them off for the final photos but they need to go back on to get the fabric to straighten out as they should. I may also re-iron them a second time when I change the metal hooks with the adjustable plastic ones. Over all considering the cost of the viral “affordable” ones that are about $300 per panel and these are 1/10th of the cost they are definitely worth it if you are willing to be patient and put in the time to make them look as beautiful as the other ones appear to be. Update a week later. They need a lot of training and are still a work in progress. The plastic adjustable clips do not work on these so you can only use the metal ones included but you can measure from the top anywhere from 2 to 3 inches to help with the length without them interfering with the curtain rod. I found that just ironing them without trying to make a crease for each pleat down the curtain and letting them lay with a soft fold looks better than a hard crease. Still overall worth the time investment based on the fact that they are affordable. ... show more
