I am super happy with my purchase. I reviewed many options over 6 months preparing for my trip and this was a great choice and I would do it again. The locks were something I was afraid of and did not want to deal with but it was the BEST! As others have mentioned, it is amazing how much this thing will hold! The quality of the locks are superb as well as the latches. I have not yet figured out the power bank because I did not need it but that is next. It fit great in the overhead bin and not heavy for me, a 58 year old female even with my laptop and completely full. I can't wait to go on my next trip! If you are considering the others with the same feature, just go for it. The cup holder was great for my heavy water bottle and worked like a champ! I did not use the hanging bag feature nor the power bank; which is what I was obsessed with finding. A cell phone holder would be nice and maybe take that into consideration while you research.

I love this carry on !! I used packing shrink bags and I was amazed at how much I could pack in this little case along with my computer , toiletries etc. The cup holder works great ! I wish it had the phone holder like another brand advertised but it is still worth every penny !! I did not use the power bank port but plan on using it with my next trip 🤗

High points: 1) I took this luggage on a 10-trip to Europe and subjected it to mostly cobblestone streets and sidewalks. The wheels remain in perfect condition. 2) The 2 locks that are used to open and close the luggage - exceptional. Strong, easy click open and close. 3) Travel handle - good. The wider handle makes it easier to wheel around. Although, there did appear to be some slight loosening on one side of the handle. Also, with the wider handle, it is a bit more difficult to hang another bag strap over it. Not As High Points: 1) The luggage holds very little in terms of clothing, laptop, tech essentials, etc. This luggage is good for a one day trip, two at most. 2) The laptop side pocket is a thin sheet of plastic. So far it hasn't been damaged, but I won't be surprised if there might be a crack in the future. 3) Used the internal battery charging cable to charge phone. It resulted in a slow charge. Perhaps due to the battery charger itself, although it works fine otherwise. Quality: Good-Great Zipper: Inside, good. External locks - exceptional. Space: Limited Value: Probably would not purchase another one at $140 Overall - if you're looking for a sturdy hard case that conveniently opens/closes, this works well.

1st I ordered the faqi brand because of the size. Just below 22 inches including the wheels. When it came, the plastic wares are so cheap that i feel like i would only be using it once and it will break. And i found this joyway. When it came, i checked all the features. The plastic ware is way decent in quality, the feel of it is better. I measured it and was right below 22 inches and the width and depth is right on point for what airlines approved of. Though it is a bit expensive than faqi brand (which i feel like i got f**** for the price and the quality of it) this is for sure the one that you are looking for. My friend ordered the nobl. I will compare it and will update. I heard that it’s way too big esp for small planes and that is why i hesitated and ordered joyway. We’ll see..

Ended up returning this. Fun bells and whistles but not a lot of actual space. My goal is to never check a back so the size was a deal breaker. Other than that, the quality of the case of was good.

Love everything about this carry on. Well made, spins well. Love the front pocket with its own individual lock. The color is beautiful. Haven't used it yet, so not sure how it will fare with scratches, as some have stated. I just wish it were lighter as a carry on. It is close to 10 lbs empty. It doesn't state the weight in the main ad, I had to search for it. Love it doesn't have zippers to break or get caught on anything. Will update if anything changes.

Pro's: *This Joyway 20 inch hardshell aluminum carry on luggage was a dream to roll through the airport. Smooth, responsive rolling and turning/spinning. I could push the suitcase with one finger! The longer handle is a dream to push, pull, twirl the suitcase! *The cup holder was great, fit my 20 0z water bottle perfectly, with room to spare. *The side hooks held my plastic sack from the snack shop perfectly. *The front outside pocket was easy and quick to access, convenient to hold my passport, planner, snacks, etc. *The side latches are easy and quick to open the suitcase, no matter what position it's in. Cons: *It's heavy. Even with little put inside, it felt very heavy to muscle up into the overhead bin of my flight. *My 16 inch Macbook Pro laptop does *NOT* fit in the section designed to fit up to a 16 in laptop. I had to put my laptop inside the suitcase. Would have returned but no time before my trip. *The inside capacity is misleading. Whatever you put in the outside pocket takes away from the inside capacity on that side of suitcase, leaving very little space to pack anything on that side. Holds much less than the usual 20 inch carry on due to the outside pocket closing into the inside section. Overall - Good travel carry on if you don't have much to pack and have a little muscle to lift into overhead spaces. Laptop compartment good if you have SMALLER than a 16 inch device. Otherwise, choose something else.

My husband loves this suitcase, has a front pocket with chargers packs. Everything you need for a short stay, love the wide handle and even has a cupholder. It’s amazing. locks up nice and tight.
