  • Here's why I'm giving it three stars:
Color: Y7-S black
0720 UPDATE(The reason why three stars become four stars): Seller processing is fast and Amazon's customer service is great! ! The package arrived two days later than expected, but I don't think that's the seller's fault. I just received the scooter and I couldn't wait to open the scooter for a test ride. After riding for 5 miles, I found some problems. I am a fan of this brand. I bought this scooter for the second time (the first time was from The second-hand product I bought from my friend, because the overall experience of using it is not bad, but because the controller of the first one was burned when going uphill, I had to place an order here again), I have a good impression of this product, I definitely don’t Maliciously slander this product, maybe I am an accidental winner this time, but this product is expensive, I have to choose to return it due to the following reasons: 1. This new scooter is too difficult to open and fold; 2. The plastic part in the middle of the armrest is damaged and there will be a "sizzling" noise when riding; 3. The front and rear brakes have defects (the front brake has a stuck feeling, and the rear brake has a spongy feeling); 4. The headlight button feels incoherent (there is also a feeling of stuttering after pressing it); 5. The shock absorber on the right side of the rear leaks oil (it is the kind of obvious black oil); 6. The e6 error code always appears randomly (this is the most terrible, no one knows when it will suddenly not work) All in all, I was looking forward to the purchase after I placed the order. I am very disappointed with this new scooter after receiving it. I will contact Amazon to return it and choose another brand instead of buying this scooter again. ... show more

  • Not Terrible
Color: Y7-S Black
Not sure why I just wasn’t satisfied. I bought a cheaper one, well a few 100 bucks less and I returned it because I thought it was too slow and that’s when I got this one. Crashed the first time I used it but I mean after that it was all smooth sailing. But when I hit a flat stretch going for miles and cranked it as hard as I could go it didn’t go passed 30MPH, I don’t like that it says on the sight that it tops out at 31 when it doesn’t. And the unsafe fact that you don’t have to be on it for it to start is also troubling, the previous one wouldn’t engage the motor at all unless you do the kick-to-push and you’re naturally moving on your own first. Then after a short time of natural movement it switches the motor on Which I think should be a safety feature on every one of them. But yeah, while riding on that flat strip I kept worrying myself and over thinking that one small move and I could end up in the hospital. I thought I wanted a scooter but I know now I don’t. Riding a bike though it’s still risky, it’s more safe in my opinion. I feel more secure with a bike. So go slow and it’s boring, go fast and it’s dangerous I just can’t, no I won’t. At least with the bike I can control how fast or slow I go.. yes there’s different speeds on this, not saying there isn’t, there’s 3 modes on majority of them but on a bike it’s different you know what I mean and sharp breaking isn’t a dangerous risk you gamble on with a Bike. Not sure how to explain it, I wanted to see what all the hype was about seeing a lot of people now on their scooters riding around town but I can say I’m not missing anything. I do like that it has turn signals and break lights as well it’s not a bad product just not for me. Everything locked in place and was secure though I didn’t like the way it closed. There wasn’t a hooking mechanism like on other brands that hook the handlebar to the back fender or near the back with a loop or something but rather it all locked from the front end. There’s hundreds of ways to make and design a scooter that just wasn’t appealing to me. But it’s just a small thing not sure if anyone else would agree I’m going to stop rambling on now. ... show more

  • My favorite purchase of the year
Color: Y7-S black
I use this scooter to commute 16 miles a day in New York City. It has completely replaced my subway commute. This is my first E-scooter so I have nothing to compare it to, but this is game changing! Super durable, I put 300 miles on it so far, and I’ve only had 1 flat tire that I was able to change in 30 minutes with a wrench and an Allen key. I’ve hit 31 mph a few times on flat land. Though my usual top speed is about 25 mph (I’m 185 pounds). But I find myself keeping up or even passing cars on most streets during my commutes, so I don’t need any more speed than that. I charge it every 2 days (every 32 miles), and I’ve never had it die on me. This scooter is definitely exceeded the value that I paid for it! Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Nice scooter, but...
Color: Y7-S Black
I like the look, speed, and especially the range of the scooter, but the tires seem impossible to change. Unfortunately, I got a flat in the rear tire and somehow ruined the inner tube, which obviously had to be replaced (had the scooter less than a week). I bought tire spoons and lubricant and other tools; and I watched a bunch of how-to videos on e-scooter tire replacement, but to no avail. I ruined three tires trying to remove and replace them (hota tyre brand)! I don't think these scooters were engineered for a regular person to maintenance these scooters. There is no way to disconnect the wire from the motor hub without actually having to cut the cable. There was no quick-connect coupler inside the body of the scooter to assist with this process. I now have cut the cable and removed the rear motor hub, which the rim and hub are scratched all to heck and back. Now I will have to find a professional who has powered tire-changing equipment to do this job because I can't risk ruining any more tires. Eventually, anyone who rides scooters long enough will need to replace the tires, and when that time comes, you will know exactly how I feel. But prior to that time coming, I HIGHLY suggest that you put some kind of slime inner tube protectant in the tubes before taking this scooter out for a ride. At least you won't have the tire problems that I am having...until you need to replace the tires in the future. Sheeesh ... show more
