My 3 year old grandson loved this SO much this last Christmas that he insisted in stopping the gift-opening so that he could play with this trash truck immediately, and that has never happened before. Not only is the truck exciting, the extra trash bins and dumpsters put him into 3-year-old glee. It is still his favorite toy. This all stems from a friendly trash truck driver that Lucas started talking to on the screen porch just as the trash was picked up. He has loved trucks all of his life and this special driver is now a special friend and Lucas got permission to show the driver his own trash truck.

I purchased this after attending a party where this toy was a total hit with ALL the kids. I purchased it for my kids and it has given us hours and hours of independent play. Gave this to my trash truck obsessed son for his 4th birthday, and it was, without a doubt, his favorite gift. The fact that it looks real, instead of like a toy/kid version, has made all of his dreams come true. On his birthday, he played with it without taking a break or asking an adult to join him for TWO HOURS. Truly, that is unheard of with him! The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because two of the tabs that hold the can onto the truck for dumping broke within 5 days of having it, so that's a bummer. I'm hoping the other tabs hold up on the other cans!
