My nephew loves his cars. They are developmentally appropriate with no small parts. Much better than buying toys that are fit older kids.

We have had so much fun with these race cars, I wish it came with 1 more! They do take 10 AA batteries to get started, but last a really long time. They move pretty quick & aren't hard to get the hang of driving - both my 4yr old daughter and my mom drive them with ease. No steering, they go straight & reverse to the right. They make sounds, but aren't obnoxiously loud. They can drive over most low pile area rugs, and I've never seen them tip over. We have had a blast with them!

Beware it takes 10 AA Batteries not AAA like it says on Amazon. I ordered Batteries the same time I ordered gift just to find it was the wrong size, they really should change that info. Other than that toy was a great gift and my son has so much fun with it!
