Foam planes, they can break if someone isn't careful with them. As cheap as they were I wasn't worried but did end up ordering multiples just in case. Cool little toys until you get into some wind. They tend to get blown around easily. Lights make them kind of cool at night. Would buy again!

The boys - 7&9 - played with them for hours over three days until one broke the tail off of his. You do need sizable open space without trees for a good experience, but they hold up better than youโ€™d think. Crashing nose down into the concrete over and over didnโ€™t phase them and if you manipulate the wind edges between throws they will fly pretty straight as well as do some cool loops. ... show more

I bought these for my nephew's birthday, and since they came in a two pack, he and his sister each got one. They fly surprisingly well. She used small pieces of clay to secure little toy animals onto the wings of her plane, and it could still fly with her animals on it, which surprised us both. Five stars because it's a great product for the price. Two things to be aware of--as others have mentioned, it doesn't seem to be made of super durable material (which is pretty typically the case for toy planes, I think). And also, the LED lights worked great and had an on/off switch, but apparently they do contain button batteries, so be aware in case you have young children. Overall, great product! ... show more

I wish the came with a rubber band kind of launcher of some sort. Lots of nose dives while playing with my 5 yr old. He got pretty frustrated.
