Bought this paint set for my daughter and she was absolutely thrilled with all of colors. The neons aren't exactly "neon" but there is a good variety. Also, the foldable water bucket doesn't really work... good concept, but it doesn't hold its shape enough to actually hold water. Purchased these for my art-enthused daughter. She has zero complaints, because it's paint and paint is fun. Here is what I will share - The colors are bold (in a good way). The bottles are probably 60% filled with paint, the rest is just wasted space. I had two where the inner seal was broken, and had spilled paint in the box. It does not try well. For example, used it to paint on paintable wood, and days later, I could easily wet my thumb and spread the color around (if wanted). The paint comes with a little blue pale that you're supposed to be able to store everything in. It will fit 10 bottles MAX - so you're left with two not having a tote to place them in, which kind of destroys the whole reason they supply it. I'll leave on a good note... it is easily washable. ... show more
