I use these for shoe & boot maintenance. Sneakers, dress shoes, both work & church boots. I don’t have a designated brush for each task because I clean afterwards. The horsehair bristles are key in allowing me to clean without leaving any residue. Multiple colors of shoe polish, saddle soap, mink oil, MGK for sneakers all come off with warm water & agitation. I really dig the size because these are bigger than my previous ones, but not too big. I’ve only had them a few months but they seem to be well made & aren’t showing signs of poor quality. Perfect tool for my needs.

They will lose some hairs in the beginning, but once the shedding was over they worked fine. I've used them to apply saddle soap, and it worked a treat. Rinsed with warm water and air dried. We'll see how long they last. Very minor, obvious and easily fixed, but they don't have holes in the handle.

These brushes are as expected - good quality and get the job done. I used them to clean my leather purses and they are just stiff enough to clean well but not overly aggressive. They aren’t the highest quality brushes, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting them to be. Would recommend!

Was trying to close a Prime order but Oh No to get Prime next day had to spent more $$$. I bought these because my othere s were beyond used. These appear to be good and will be used often but wish they were USA made. Pared with shoe creme from well known French company.

Beats a damp paper towel or rag, hands down. One for each color of shoe. I store mine in a quart freezer bag to keep them from drying out between uses.
