I wish these boots would have fit because they're the cutest things ever!! I sized down because rain boots generally run a size big for me. Unfortunately, they're just too loose all over and too wide. I have a slightly narrow foot and the boots were not stable and I don't enjoy falling over! I am so bummed that I have to return them but I know I wouldn't be able to wear them comfortably in the rain or snow. For those of you able to pull them off, I am super jealous! I normally wear a size 6 shoe. So I originally purchased a size 6. When I receive them they were pretty loose even with a thicker sock. So I returned them and purchased a size 5. The return process was seamless. I returned and purchased another size and receive that size all in the same week. That size for me fit much better. I still own and wear an older pair of Joules with the gold buckle. They have a leak somewhere from long term wear and tear, which was why I purchased a new pair. In under three months, the new pair have a tear on one boot's side and the fronts of both are scuffed off (one side is leaking water). As a consumer, I care about sustainability. It doesn't feel right to need to purchase another pair of boots in such a short period. I don't think I will purchase Joules in the future. ... show more
