The item is great, except the fact that it was running a day late, and these sneakers my daughter ordereded to take on a Florida trip, and she had to take my sneakers instead, which made both of us very unhappy ..prime never run late w items except this time, and this time was so important to have it!!! So I don't know if it was a delivery man fault, or the company it was coming from, but I figured I let you know ..and now they are just laying in a closet, I guess my daughter is keeping them for summer time ... show more

I'm a women with a large (size 13-14M) shoe size. Finding shoes which fit has been a life-long quest. As a teen, I was stuffed into a size 10M, which was the largest most stores provided in the 60's & 70's. (Never understood WHY my feet ALWAYS hurt.) This included "death spikes," all the rage back then. As a result, by the mid 80's, I had suffered through five surgeries on my feet. So, as a very senior woman today, I no longer look for the "shoes in fashion." I want a comfortable shoe. Ankle support. With laces to tighten the width. I wear a MEN's size 12.
