This product was easy to assemble at home, but I guess that also translates to poor quality of the product. The product is meant to work with batteries, but upon installing the required four AAA batteries in the designated space, the batteries started smoking at the ends of the terminals. I thought it might have been my batteries that were faulty even though they were not expired and bought new batteries. Oh how wrong I was, the next set of batteries that I installed, fresh from the package, started to spark. Yes, the product does work when its plugged in to the AC adapter, but if the manufacturer couldn't properly manufacture a battery compartment, then what faith do I have that they can properly wire this device. I would highly advise AGAINST anyone buying this product when it comes to your newborn's safety. It should also be noted that when talking to Amazon in regards to this product they seem to have little to no regard to these concerns, and only apologize but didn't offer any solutions into looking into what is wrong with the product or manufacturer. Amazon seemed to believe that everything is easily remedied by offering a $10 credit to my account. Once again, invest your money elsewhere for your family's safety.

I thought this for a baby shower in Jan. The baby was born in April. It worked for a couple times then the screen went blank. It was past the return window and have tried calling customer support in April and May with no return calls. Very disappointed in the price for the little time it was used.

Not sure if I like this one... I looked at 20 of them and found this one but it didn't seem to swing very well and the chair is made of cheap materials. The cord is so short so it has to sit in a corner unless you use an extension. Don't like the cushion in the chair. The straps might be too big for young babies. Music isn't my favorite... Planning to return and look for something else.

It has a very comfortable and attractive design, made with very good material. It is padded and the baby is very comfortable in it. It has rotating movements and attractive dolls for the baby to play with. The rocking chair is portable and easy to transport, so you can use it anywhere in the house or take it with you on trips and continue enjoying its benefits during the different stages of your child's development.
