These matte nudes are decent for the price and are drying a bit but are matte so nothing worse than most mattes would be. They are not sticky, and the colors are mostly good, and I think most people could find at least a few shades that they could work with, and some can be blended with others to lighten or darken a shade as well. The lipsticks are as durable as any other lipstick in this form, but as far as long term we stability, these need to be reapplied somewhat often and they can smudge or bleed some. I really I am pleased with these and you get a good amount of choices for the price. I think they are inexpensive formulas that have some potential and for the money charged you could afford to need to reapply more often.

They're not the best, but I guess they're not the worst. I tried a few colors that I thought I would like, but they all seem a little brighter than I thought they would be. I'm more of a darker shades of lipstick person. Also this lipstick does smudge a bit as well.

Pretty colors. The number one thing is yes these are slightly drying, but if you thought you were gonna get matte lips with no drying at all, you are crazy. With that being said, these are very minimally drying, at least for me, so I am happy with that. I have had way worse matte lipsticks on the drying front - I was a part of those 2016 matte everything trends and my lips have known suffering. Other than that, the colors are beautiful. They only take like 2 passes to get them completely opaque. They are very long lasting as well. They didn't smudge or wipe off easily. They mostly fade throughout the day, so your lips don't look blotchy or nasty. They didn't pill or crumble either. They are good quality lipsticks and look super nice. They are better than a lot of other matte products I have tried. The set is a great value. I like a lot of the colors in here, the colors are versatile and you can make a lot of different combos with the colors as well. They are flattering and apply easily. The only complaint I have is that the color on the label really doesn't look like the color on your lips, but that should be expected since these will look different on everyone because of skin tone and color theory, but I felt they were more "off" than what is typical when comparing the package to your lips. I would recommend these, inexpensive but good quality.

This is a great value for this Jolilab 12Pcs Velvet Matte Lipstick set. The colors range from nude to a deeper reddish brown, with varying hues in between. The lipstick goes on smooth and creamy then dries down to a matte finish. Even though it is matte, I don't find these lipsticks to be drying. They are comfortable to wear, are long-lasting and color doesn't bleed. I like to use the lighter shades on top of the more bolder colors to customize my look. It is fun to try on new and different colors I would not necessarily pick out for myself. Overall, this is a great lipstick wardrobe which gives the user a lot of options!

From the first use of the lipstick, I had an allergic reaction. I continued trying other colors, and my lips got worse, peeling layers of skin. I don’t have sensitive or delicate skin when it comes to makeup, so I can usually use any brand without issues, but this product is definitely of very poor quality. I would like a refund

If you have dark skin, you can make some of the shades work with brown lip liner. I love the darkest red shade. It pairs well with NYX fat lip oil #11 in the mood for a glossy finish. You have to wear with caution as if you eat it will smear so be cautious. No taste, decent quality, good amount of product.

I'm a plumping gloss girl, but thought I would give the matte look a try. This set with so many colors seemed like a great way to do that. The colors range from a nude/flesh color to a dark reddish-brown. They have a vanilla-ish smell/taste. I didn't find these to be drying at all. The darker colors do stain. I've struggled to find a color that looks good with my skin tone (dark blonde, fair/light). Most are too dark or too pink. But that's not any fault of the set but I'm not sure that "nude" is the best color description. If you want to try matte and a lot of colors, this is a solid option to do that.
